Russia states that it approves Trump's "peace plan". Russians consider European alternative to be  unconstructive

The aggressor country of russia approves the so-called US "peace plan" to end the war in Ukraine. At the same time, Moscow considers the Ukrainian-European alternative to be "unconstructive".

According to The Moscow Times, this was stated by the assistant to the russian dictator Yuri Ushakov.

"We were familiar with one option that is in line with the understandings that were reached in Alaska, and therefore many - I would say not all, but many - the provisions of this plan, they seem quite acceptable to us," said Ushakov.

He added that the 28-point plan of the administration of US President Donald Trump still requires "the most detailed discussion".

Ushakov called the Ukrainian-European alternative to the US plan "absolutely unconstructive". This option for a peaceful settlement does not suit Moscow.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 23, Ukraine and the United States published a joint statement following the talks in Geneva. It states that the parties have completed work on an updated and revised framework document on ending the war.

On November 24, the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, said that particularly sensitive points of the "peace plan" will be agreed upon at a personal meeting between Presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump.
