The Polish National Prosecutor's Office has announced charges against one of the four detainees in the case of last weekend's sabotage on a railroad track.
This is reported by the local portal of the radio station RMF FM, citing a statement by Polish Prosecutor's Office spokesman Przemysław Nowak.
Nowak said that four people were detained as part of the investigation into the railroad sabotage. Of these, three were released, and the fourth was charged with concealing documents, including russian passports, which the suspect had no right to dispose of.
"Given the lack of a permanent place of residence of the suspect, the prosecutor filed a motion with the court for a temporary arrest. This motion was not granted. A decision on a possible appeal will be made after reviewing the written justification," he added.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 16, an explosion occurred on the Dęblin-Warsaw railway line: damage to the track was recorded, which led to a complete halt in train traffic.
