US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that "potential ideas" are being developed to end the russian-Ukrainian war. He announced this on X.
According to Rubio, "an extensive exchange" of only "serious and realistic ideas" will help to end the war in Ukraine.
He emphasized that achieving a lasting peace is possible only if there are mutual concessions.
"Achieving a durable peace will require both sides to agree to difficult but necessary concessions. That is why we are and will continue to develop a list of potential ideas for ending this war based on input from both sides of this conflict," the US Secretary of State said.

The White House expects that a framework agreement to end the war in Ukraine will be reached by the end of this month, possibly this week.
