On November 11, 2025, the Temporary Administrative Board of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (TAB AMCU) considered the case at the request of Ukrnafta JSC and fined Prodmet LLC and Steels Ukraine LLC UAH 9.23 million for anticompetitive concerted actions during public tenders.
This is said in a statement by Ukrnafta, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"Based on the results of the review, the board recognized that Prodmet LLC and Steels Ukraine LLC committed anticompetitive concerted actions during participation in four tenders for the purchase of alloys and pipes held by UkrGasVydobuvannya JSC, Centrenergo PJSC and Ukrnafta JSC in 2023-2024 with an expected value of UAH 36,954,026.43," the statement said.
It is noted that in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement," Prodmet LLC and Steels Ukraine LLC are deprived of the right to participate in public procurement for three years.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the AMCU fined one of the largest juice producers for UAH 39 million.
