Two children of the dismissed Minister of Justice Herman Halushchenko received foreign passports in Switzerland and the USA.
This is evidenced by the data of Halushchenko's electronic declaration, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Halushchenko indicated that his daughter Stefania received a foreign passport in the USA, and his son received a passport for traveling abroad in Switzerland.
At the same time, Halushchenko noted that all his children (four) are citizens of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 12, Herman Halushchenko was suspended from performing his duties as Minister of Justice. We will remind, earlier the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine confirmed that investigative actions were carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings with the participation of the head of the department Herman Halushchenko, but refused to discuss the details. On November 10, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) announced that they were conducting a large-scale operation to expose corruption in the energy sector. On November 10, NABU detectives came to search the homes of businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio, Tymur Mindich, Minister of Justice Herman Halushchenko, and Energoatom.
