Syrskyi suggested that russia learned about military gathering in Dnipropetrovsk Region through hacking of social networks

The russians could have learned about the military gathering in the Dnipropetrovsk Region on November 1, where 19 people were killed as a result of a missile strike, through the hacking of a group chat on social networks. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi in a telephone conversation with the host of TSN. Week Alla Mazur.

Syrskyi emphasized that the reason was not only the ban on holding ceremonial events in the frontline zone. According to him, the key problem was again ignoring basic security standards in communication.

"The problem is not only that the ban on ceremonies at the front was violated, said the Commander-in-Chief. There was a group chat on social networks again, and this is ignoring banal security standards. Because it was by hacking the networks that the russians most likely learned about the gathering," Syrskyi said.

The Commander-in-Chief expressed his deep condolences to the families of the deceased. He also reported that a serious internal investigation is underway in parallel with the SBI investigation.
