Ukrainian farmers have completed rapeseed harvest and have almost dug up sugar beet.
This is stated in a message from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The message states that as of November 7, 43,630,100 tons of grain crops have already been harvested in Ukraine on an area of 9,301,700 hectares.
81% of the areas sown with these crops have been threshed.

In particular, the following were harvested: wheat - 22,822,900 tons on an area of 5,047,800 hectares; barley - 5,372,400 tons on an area of 1,350,500 hectares; peas – 660,700 tons on an area of 271,300 hectares and corn - 13,746,800 tons on an area of 2,213,700 hectares, which is 53% of the sown area.
883,400 tons of other grains and legumes were harvested on an area of 321,000 hectares.
Among the leaders of the harvest, in particular: Odesa Region - 3,816,600 tons from an area of 1,152,200 hectares; Chernihiv Region - 3,680,100 tons from an area of 539,700 hectares; Poltava Region - 3,430,600 tons from an area of 714,800 hectares and Vinnytsia Region - 3,279,500 tons from an area of 556,900 hectares.
As of November 6, 16,352,400 million tons of oilseeds were harvested.
In particular: sunflower - 8,725,800 tons on an area of 4,610,800 hectares; soybean - 4,305,700 tons on an area of 1,828,900 hectares and rapeseed - 3,320,900 tons on an area of 1,274,100 hectares.
In general, sunflower was harvested from 90% of the sown areas, soybean - 84%.
7,949,300 tons of sugar beets have already been harvested on an area of 151,000 hectares, which is 76% of the sown areas.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of October 31, 40,200,900 tons of grain crops had already been harvested in Ukraine on an area of 8,770,800 hectares.
