Ukraine has identified new targets for long-range strikes on the territory of the aggressor country Russia. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this today, October 31.

Zelenskyy said that together with the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, new targets for long-range strikes were identified for the near future.

"We will definitely implement everything," the head of state wrote on Telegram.

He did not specify which targets he was talking about.

As a reminder, on October 27, a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff was held. At it, Zelenskyy and the heads of law enforcement agencies defined tasks to expand the geography of long-range strikes against russia.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 29, the russian edition of The Moscow Times wrote that several regions of the russian federation started recruiting volunteers to protect oil refineries from Ukrainian UAVs.

On October 23, President Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has never used long-range US weapons to strike russia and has its own capabilities to carry out such attacks.

In early October, the British Financial Times wrote that the United States has been providing Ukraine with intelligence for several months to increase the effectiveness of strikes against russia.
