Also, Sybiha on the social network X welcomed his Estonian colleague in Kyiv, whom he called a true friend of Ukraine.
"We discussed the situation on the battlefield, russia's terror against the civilian population and energy infrastructure, ways to strengthen Ukraine's resilience and increase pressure on Moscow," he said.
He noted that Ukraine has high hopes for Estonia's chairmanship of the G8 North-Baltic next year.
"We also discussed the full use of frozen russian assets, responsibility for the crime of aggression, Ukraine's accession to the EU, restoration and mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the SAFE mechanism. I am grateful to Estonia for allocating EUR 10 million within the framework of the PURL initiative," he added.
He thanked Estonia for its continued support in strengthening energy sustainability, and also emphasized that the country has supported Ukraine since the first days of russia's full-scale war - and even before.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier a group of armed men in an unusual uniform were spotted on the Estonian-russian border - local border guards called them "little green men". The incident occurred on the evening of October 10 in the Saatse district, where part of the road passes through russian territory.
Earlier, the head of the Estonian Defense Forces Intelligence Center, Colonel Ants Kiviselg, said that in the winter, russia will likely intensify attacks on Ukraine's critical energy infrastructure in order to cause maximum damage to the civilian population. And now russia has more resources to do this than before.
