Today, on October 26, Croatian Defense Minister Ivan Anušić arrived in Kyiv for a visit. He will meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal to discuss, among other things, cooperation between the Croatian and Ukrainian military industries.

He wrote about it on X.

"Today I have arrived on a two-day working visit to Ukraine, where I will meet with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal in Kyiv. In addition to my bilateral visit, I have come to Kyiv to pay tribute to the brave Ukrainian people, Ukrainian soldiers and all the victims of Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine. For almost four years now, Ukraine has been resisting Russian attacks, and Croatia understands very well what an imposed war is," he said in a statement.

It is noted that Croatia will continue to help Ukraine through humanitarian and military assistance. According to him, during the meeting with Shmyhal, it is planned to discuss support for the Ukrainian defense industry, as well as cooperation between the Croatian and Ukrainian military industries.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Croatia stops supplying pipeline oil to Serbia, as the Serbian oil refinery NIS has not received a license from the US Treasury Department and is subject to sanctions.
