The National Bank of Ukraine is searching and selecting candidates for the position of Head of the Department for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Financial Services.
This is stated in the NBU's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Olha Lobaichuk, who headed the Department for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Financial Services, voluntarily completed her work at the National Bank of Ukraine on October 10, 2025.
In this regard, the National Bank is searching and selecting candidates for the position of Head of the Department for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Financial Services.
The responsibilities of the future head of this department will include, in particular:
- developing and improving the methodological framework, regulatory and administrative acts of the NBU on the protection of consumer rights of financial services;
- supervising compliance by financial service providers with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights;
- considering appeals, analyzing them and providing responses to consumers of financial services, etc.
The Department of Consumer Protection of Financial Services belongs to the "General Block" vertical of subordination, the management and control of which is exercised by the Chairman of the National Bank, Andrii Pyshnyi.
The duties of the Head of the Department of Consumer Protection of Financial Services until the appointment of a new head will be performed by Natalia Lada, Deputy Head of this Department.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Olha Lobaichuk has worked at the National Bank since 2017, in particular, since August 2019 - as the Head of the Department of Consumer Protection of Financial Services.
