Russian terrorist forces struck Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk Region, killing one person and wounding 11 others. It was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, October 9.
Russians attacked a residential area in Sloviansk with three FAB-250 bombs, injuring three women and four men aged 45 to 79. In Kostiantynivka, the enemy hit a car with an FPV drone, killing a 58-year-old woman. Four more people were wounded: a 56-year-old woman and 38, 65 and 71-year-old men.
"The victims were diagnosed with mine-blast and craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel wounds, a broken leg and contusions. Doctors assess the condition of one of the women as serious," the prosecutor's office said.
The shelling damaged more than 40 apartment and private buildings and 6 cars.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 9, the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, advanced near four settlements in the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions.
On October 9, Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi said that Ukrainian troops have liberated almost 181 square kilometers of territory since the beginning of the counteroffensive operation in the area of Dobropillia of the Donetsk Region.
On October 8, russians attacked 14 settlements in the Donetsk Region.
