NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte advised against paying attention to the statements of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the aggressor country russia, Sergei Lavrov, who has been in his post "since the birth of Jesus Christ." Rutte said this on Fox News on Thursday, September 25.
The NATO Secretary General noted that one should not focus too much attention on Lavrov's statements.
"Lavrov – I mean, he is foreign minister of Russia, I think since the birth of Jesus Christ? And since then nothing useful has come out of his mouth. So let's not pay too much attention to Mr Lavrov," Rutte emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 27, US President Donald Trump called the statements of the Foreign Minister of the aggressor country russia, Sergei Lavrov, about the so-called illegitimacy of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "nonsense."
On August 19, Lavrov put forward russia's next demands to end the war against Ukraine.
