Enterprises will need to have an average salary of UAH 21,617.5 to be able to book their employees from mobilization.
This is evidenced by the data of the draft state budget 2026, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The document provides for an increase in the minimum wage from January 1, 2026 to UAH 8,647 hryvnias from the current UAH 8,000.
In turn, Government Resolution No. 1332 of 11/22/2024 provides that to book employees, enterprises must have an average salary of 2.5 minimums, their employees who are candidates for reservation must also have such a salary during the reservation period.
In addition, it is assumed that the subsistence minimum will increase from January 1 and will amount to UAH 3,209.
For the main social and demographic groups of the population: children under 6 years old - UAH 2,817; children from 6 to 18 years old - UAH 3,512; able-bodied persons - UAH 3,328.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the hryvnia exchange rate set in the budget for next year is 45.6 UAH/USD, inflation is 9.9% (December to December), and GDP growth is expected to be 2.4% next year.
