In January-July 2025, imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 22,626 million.
This was announced by the State Statistics Service, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
During January-July 2025, the negative balance of trade in goods worsened by USD 7,472.9 million compared to January-July 2024 (in January-July 2024, the negative balance was USD 15,153.1 million).
Exports of goods in January-July amounted to USD 23,309.7 million, while it decreased by 3.5% compared to January-July 2024.
Imports of goods in January-July amounted to USD 45,935.7 million, increasing by 16.9%.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January-June 2025, imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 18,512.2 million.
During 2024, the negative balance of trade in goods worsened by USD 1,634 million compared to 2023 (in 2023, the negative balance was USD 27,384.1 million).
