Ukraine will train servicemen of the Polish Armed Forces to shoot down unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the aggressor country russia.

An unnamed source of the agency said that representatives of the Polish army will undergo training in shooting down drones. The training will be conducted by Ukrainian military personnel, who have gained enormous experience in almost four years since the beginning of russia's full-scale invasion.
Reuters also writes that today Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Kyiv is open and ready to provide support to its allies.
According to him, countries such as Poland should study the possibility of using multi-level approaches to destroying UAVs, since it is unprofitable to use expensive anti-aircraft missiles to intercept cheaper drones.
"No one in the world has enough missiles to shoot down all different types of drones," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He acknowledged that Ukraine is largely dependent on Western air defense systems, but has developed a sophisticated approach to repelling russian air attacks. The country is ready to share advice with partners.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Polish fighters used AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles to destroy russian drones. One such missile costs about EUR 400,000 euros, which is hundreds of times more than the cost of a UAV.
