The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Roman Shykerynets, Liubomyr Salovskyi and Serhii Pushkar as members of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (Energy Commission).
This is stated in the ExPro publication, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The relevant orders No. 950-r, No. 951-r and No. 952-r dated September 3 are posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The term of office is six years.
One of the winners of the competition, Maksym Nemchynov, was not appointed.
From now on, the Energy Commission will operate with a full complement of 7 people.
Before his appointment to the Energy Commission, Roman Shykerynets was the head of the group for interaction with counterparties and work on regulatory and technical documentation of the Department of Dispatching and Data Control of JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya.
Before his appointment to the Energy Commission, Liubomyr Salovskyi held the position of Head of the Dispatching Department of Ukrtransgaz.
Before his appointment, Serhii Pushkar worked in the top management of Energoatom.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 2, 2024, members of the Energy Commission elected Yurii Vlasenko as the Chairman of the Commission.
The Commission includes Ruslan Slobodian, Kostiantyn Ushchapovskyi, and Oleksandr Formahei.
