As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the High Court of England and Wales issued an order to seize the assets of Konstiantyn Zhevaho, the former owner of JSC Bank Finance and Credit, a bank whose liquidation began in 2015. The State Bureau of Investigation completed the investigation of criminal proceedings against former top officials of the bank Finance and Credit, owned by Zhevaho, on suspicion of embezzlement of the financial institution's property in the amount of more than UAH 608 million. In 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Konstiantyn Zhevaho in absentia.
