On the night of Tuesday, September 2, russian troops launched 150 attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types over the territory of Ukraine, air defense forces managed to neutralize 120 enemy drones.
This was announced by the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
It is noted that on the night of September 2 (from 07:00 pm on September 1), the enemy attacked with 150 Shahed attack UAVs and simulator drones of various types from the directions: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - RF, Chauda - TOT Crimea.
"According to preliminary data, as of 08:00 am, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 120 enemy Shahed UAVs and simulator drones of various types in the north, south, east and center of the country," the report says.
30 UAVs hit 9 locations, as well as fall of downed ones (fragments) recorded at 5 locations.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of September 1, the russians launched 86 strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types over the territory of Ukraine, and air defense forces managed to neutralize 76 enemy drones.
