"Border communities and the regional center were under attack. The russians targeted Sumy State University - a cynical crime on the eve of the academic year. The enemy attacked the energy sector, but thanks to the tireless work of specialists, the light is being restored. We are working on the "Safe Sky" project, transferring drones and equipment to units, protecting roads with anti-drone nets. We have introduced a zonal alarm system - this helps business, medicine, and education," the Regional Military Administration says.
