Nova Poshta renewing company and appointing new HR director

Nova Poshta is changing its approach to HR management as part of the company's planned renewal and has appointed Anna-Maria Sabov to the position of HR director.

This is stated in the company's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"From September 1, this direction will be headed by Anna-Maria Sabov, an HRD with systemic experience in transformations in the IT/digital sector, who must introduce other approaches to assessing performance and new management practices," the message says.

It is noted that Anna-Maria will be responsible for changing the format of working with people, for the formation of a system where each specialist, manager and function must bring real results.

Anna-Maria Sabov has over 11 years of experience in the field of organizing work with personnel and recruiting, 9 of them in managerial positions.

Previously, she worked at FRACTAL (ex-Netpeak Group), where she was responsible for creating and implementing HR strategy, optimization, automation and AI of HR processes.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Nova Poshta has appointed a local top manager to the position of CEO for the first time.

The company in Poland was headed by Jakub Karon.

In mid-July, Nova Poshta announced that the company's director, Oleksandr Bulba, was leaving his position after 10 years of work.

And in mid-August, the company announced that the general director (CEO) of NovaPay Andriy Kryvoshapko was ending his career in the NOVA group (Nova Poshta) and was leaving his position after nine years of work.

Nova Poshta is an operator in the express delivery market of postal items, established in 2001.

The owners of the company are Vyacheslav Klymov and Volodymyr Popereshniuk.
