Vladyslav Voitenko has become the new commercial director of the largest oil producing company Ukrnafta.
This is stated in the publication of enkorr, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Voitenko began performing his duties on August 19.
According to the report, Voitenko has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, in particular in managing national companies and implementing business strategies, reorganizing the management and sales system, and implementing an innovation system.
Voitenko has been the first deputy general director of Naftogaz Group of Companies, PJSC Ukrtransnafta since 2022.
He worked at Ukrtransnafta, WOG, Ukrtatnafta, and also conducted consulting activities in the field of strategic business development.
Voitenko is a specialist in international economic relations, graduated from Kharkiv National Economic University.
He also has an American and European education in the field of international business.
Graduated from Columbia University (New York, US) and London Business School (London, UK). Master of Business Administration (MBA).
It is noted that at Ukrnafta, Voitenko will be responsible for the organization and development of the company's commercial activities: sales of oil, gas and petroleum products, trading, logistics, procurement, gas station network management, marketing, and will also participate in strategic planning and budgeting.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in mid-May, the independent supervisory board of PJSC Ukrnafta elected Yurii Tkachuk, the financial director, as the person who will temporarily perform the duties of the company's director.
Since November 2022, Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta have been headed by Serhii Koretskyi.
On April 28, the supervisory board of the National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine elected Koretskyi as the new chairman of the board.
