The independent supervisory board of PJSC Ukrnafta has elected financial director Yurii Tkachuk as the person who will temporarily perform the duties of the company's director.
This is stated in the company's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The message states that Tkachuk will head PJSC Ukrnafta for a period until the supervisory board makes a decision to terminate the powers of the company's director.
Yurii Tkachuk has a deep understanding of the internal processes and strategic directions of development of the largest oil producing company in Ukraine.
His professional experience will ensure the continuity of operational activities, the stability of the company's management and the successful implementation of planned initiatives.
PJSC Ukrnafta will continue to implement priority areas of development, implement production plans and ensure the energy security of the state.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, since November 2022, Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta have been headed by Serhii Koretskyi.
On April 28, the supervisory board of Naftogaz of Ukraine elected Serhii Koretskyi as the new chairman of the board.
