The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the charter of the Energoatom national nuclear power generating company, changing the number of members of the supervisory board from 4 to 7.
This is stated in resolution No. 983 of August 15, 2025, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"The supervisory board consists of seven members. The supervisory board includes independent members of the supervisory board, the number of which should be four members of the supervisory board (the majority of the members of the supervisory board), as well as members of the supervisory board - representatives of the state in the number of three members of the supervisory board," the resolution says.
Currently, the supervisory board consists of 4 members, namely the chairman of the supervisory board Jarek Neverovich, members of the supervisory board Michael Elliot Kirst, Tymofii Mylovanov and Vitalii Petruk.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Energoatom announced an auction for supervisory board liability insurance for UAH 19.302 million.
In January-March, the Energoatom national nuclear power generating company received a net profit of UAH 12.2 billion against a loss of UAH 5.5 billion for the same period in 2024.
