US President Donald Trump said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy can end the war with the aggressor state of russia almost immediately if he wants to.
He wrote about this in Truth Social.
"President Zelenskyy of Ukraine can end the war with russia almost immediately, if he wants to, or he can continue the fight. Remember how it started. No getting back Obama given Crimea (12 years ago, without a shot being fired!), and NO GOING INTO NATO BY UKRAINE. Some things never change!!!" the message says.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has already arrived in Washington, where he is to meet with US President Donald Trump, as well as with leaders of the European Union.
"Tomorrow is a big day at the White House. Never before have there been so many European leaders at the same time. It is a great honor for me to host them!" Trump said on the social network about the meeting.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to media reports, seven European leaders will participate in the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Washington on August 18.
