The Defense Forces of Ukraine have successfully struck verified targets of the aggressor state of russia, which are involved in ensuring armed aggression against Ukraine. In particular, the Afipsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai was hit.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The hit of the Afipsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai has been confirmed. Its annual processing volume is 6.25 million tons per year, which is 2.1% of the total volume of oil processing in the Russian Federation," the report says.
According to the agency, the combat mission was carried out by units of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the UAV hit, a fire engulfed the technological installation for processing gas and gas condensate.
Also, the General Staff notes, the Defense Forces units attacked a number of other important objects - the results of the combat work are being clarified.
"Strikes on the enemy's military infrastructure will continue until the complete cessation of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The Defense Forces systematically use all means provided for by law to stop the criminal actions of the Kremlin regime aimed at the destruction of the Ukrainian people," the General Staff emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine informed that its drones hit the Shahed storage airfield in Primorsko-Akhtarsk and the Elektropribor military plant.
