The leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine reported that its drones hit the Shahed storage airfield in Primorsko-Akhtarsk and the Elektropribor military plant.
The relevant information was posted on the special service's page on Telegram.
It is noted that the first target of the long-range UAVs was the Primorsko-Akhtarsk military airfield in the Krasnodar Krai, where a fire broke out.
The Shahed storage and launch sites were hit. After that, the Elektropribor plant in Penza, which works for the russian military-industrial complex, was hit.
According to Ukrainian special services, they manufacture equipment for digital networks in military control systems, devices for aviation, armored vehicles, ships and spacecraft. The drones successfully hit the facility, the department added.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of August 2, explosions were heard in a number of regions of russia, accompanied by the operation of air defense systems.
