The Chinese authorities have not responded to the evidence of the use of Chinese components in russian weapons, which was previously provided by Ukraine.
Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the Presidential Commissioner for sanctions policy, said this on the air of a telethon, his words are quoted by RBC-Ukraine.
He said that Ukraine has held several consultations with representatives of China, discussing the presence of Chinese components in russian weapons.
"On the one hand, there is an absolutely serious perception, they say, this is a problem, the Chinese government should not allow the entry of such a number of critical components into the russian military-industrial complex," Vlasiuk said.
At the same time, on the other hand, Ukraine has never received an answer based on the results of investigations that China could conduct based on the evidence provided by Kyiv.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in late June, The Economist wrote that China has become the main supplier of components for the russian military-industrial complex.
Recall that in 2023, the Yermak-McFaul international working group reported that China, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates are the main suppliers of components that the russian federation uses to produce weapons.
