Ukrainian intelligence received secret documents of newest russian nuclear submarine Knyaz Pozharsky

Ukrainian intelligence officers have gained access to classified materials on the newest russian strategic nuclear submarine - K-555 "Knyaz Pozharsky". These are internal documents that reveal key technical and organizational details of this object, which was personally put into combat duty by russian president vladimir putin.

It was officially reported by the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Knyaz Pozharsky is a submarine of project 955A "Borey-A", one of the main carriers of intercontinental missiles in the russian nuclear triad. Its base is located in the city of Gadzhiyevo, Murmansk Oblast. The boat is equipped with 16 launch bays for the R-30 Bulava-30 missiles, each of which can carry up to 10 warheads.

The submarine officially joined the 31st submarine division of the Northern Fleet of the russian Navy on July 24, 2025. Putin was present at the flag-raising ceremony, symbolically approving its combat duty.

The Defense Intelligence reports that they received:

• name lists of the entire crew with information on positions, qualifications and physical training;
• combat instructions for personnel;
• combat use scheme, technical systems for ensuring survivability and the organizational structure of the crew;
• orders, instructions for the transfer of cargo and the wounded, as well as job responsibilities;
• engineering materials, in particular, an act on a deformed radio beacon with the full composition of the commission and a list of participating enterprises.

Ukrainian intelligence also has an extract from the ship's schedule book, a document that regulates the combat and daily activities of the submarine.

"The information obtained by the intelligence officers allows us to identify the features and technical limitations of not only the Knyaz Pozharsky, but also other submarines of project 955A, which are critically important for supporting the imperial myth of the aggressor state of Russia," the Defense Intelligence said.

Recall that the British military has come up with a way to detect submarines of the army of the aggressor state of russia. They want to "hunt" them using a system of several hundred unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with sound sensors.
