AMCU allows UPG to lease another 47 gas stations of Kolomoiskyi

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed the Ukrpaletsystem company, which is part of the UPG group of businessman Volodymyr Petrenko, to lease another 47 gas stations from the company of the Privat group.

This is stated in the AMCU's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The report states that at a meeting on July 31, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to PE Ukrpaletsystem to acquire control over the assets of 10 companies of the Privat group, including LLC Newport Holding (10 gas stations), Naftaprime (9 gas stations), Like Invest (6 gas stations) and others.

A total of 47 gas stations located throughout Ukraine are being acquired.

From now on, Ukrpaletsystem can lease 81 gas stations from the Privat group.

According to the Economic Pravda publication, at least 400 gas stations of the Privat group may subsequently come under UPG's control.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 10, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the Ukrpaletsystem company, which is part of the UPG group of businessman Volodymyr Petrenko, to lease 34 gas stations that are connected to the Avias network of the Privat group.
