President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed an order to dismiss two heads of local administrations - the head of the Rubizhne City Military Administration of the Luhansk Region Andrii Yurchenko and the head of the Mukachevo District State Administration of the Zakarpattia Region Serhii Haidai.
The relevant documents were published on the website of the head of state - orders No. 99/2025-rp and No. 98/2025-rp.
According to the text, Yurchenko Andrii Fedorovych was dismissed from the post of the head of the Rubizhne Military Administration of the Siverskodonetsk District of the Luhansk Region. Serhii Haidai, in turn, lost the post of the head of the Mukachevo District State Administration of the Zakarpattia Region.
We will remind that after the dismissal from the post of the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai headed the Mukachevo District State Administration.
What is known about the corruption scandal involving Yurchenko and Haidai
On August 2, 2025, the NABU and the SAPO informed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy about the exposure of bribery facts involving a Member of Parliament of Ukraine, heads of district and city administrations, as well as servicemen of the National Guard.
The NABU also informed about the investigation of a large-scale corruption scheme related to the purchase of drones and electronic warfare equipment at significantly inflated prices. Among the defendants in the case is a current MP.
According to the Anti-Corruption Center, one of the suspects is MP from the Servant of the People faction Oleksii Kuznetsov.
