Drones hit oil depot in Sochi, as well as Voronezh - vide published

On the night of August 3, drones attacked facilities in southern russia, in particular an oil depot in the resort district of Sochi. The attack caused a fire, and air traffic was temporarily restricted at the airport.

The incident was reported by the mayor of Sochi, Andrey Proshunin, and the governor of the Krasnodar Krai, Veniamin Kondratyev. According to them, the drone debris hit a fuel tank, which caused the fire. The fire is being extinguished.

Videos of explosions and fire have appeared on the network, which probably recorded the moment of the impact.

The debris also allegedly damaged buildings in a garage cooperative. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties in Sochi.

According to the Astra Telegram channel, the Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt oil depot, located near the Sochi airport, was hit. Due to the incident, Rosaviatsia temporarily suspended the reception and departure of flights.

In addition to Sochi, Voronezh was also attacked. According to Governor Aleksandr Gusev, private houses and outbuildings caught fire in the city, and transport was also damaged.

Four people were injured: two women and a man with burns were hospitalized, another woman was treated on the spot.
