Zelenskyy visits site of russian missile hit at high-rise building in Kyiv

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has visited the site in Kyiv where a missile from the aggressor country russia destroyed the entrance to a nine-story building. This is stated in a message on the Facebook account of the head of state on Friday, August 1.

Zelenskyy stressed that the shelling of Kyiv on the night of July 31 was one of the most brutal strikes on the capital since the beginning of full-scale russian aggression. The President said that he had come to talk to people, and also promised assistance and support from the state to all victims.

"What Russia is doing is inexcusable. We will never forgive the killings of our people, these brutal strikes. In yesterday's strike on Kyiv, Russia killed 31 people. One hundred and seventy-nine people were injured. My sincere condolences to the relatives, friends, and everyone who lost the most precious thing," the President emphasized.
