Ukrainian farmers already harvest over 15 million tons of grain and leguminous crops

Ukrainian farmers have harvested over 15 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.

The message states that as of August 1, 2025, 4,423,900 hectares have already been threshed in Ukraine and 15,474 tons of early grain and leguminous crops have been threshed.

39% of the areas sown with grain and leguminous crops have already been threshed.

In particular: wheat - threshed 3,054,200 hectares, threshed - 11,357,800 tons; barley - threshed 1,014,800 hectares, threshed - 3,572,800 tons; peas - threshed 208,200 hectares, threshed – 492,200 tons.

Other grains and legumes were threshed on an area of 145,500 hectares and threshed 50,400 tons.

Among the leaders, in particular: Odesa Region - threshed 1,070,400 hectares, threshed - 3,089,100 tons; Kirovohrad Region - threshed 462,900 hectares, threshed - 1,927,500 tons; Poltava Region - threshed 344,700 hectares, threshed - 1,519,800 tons.

Farmers of the Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson Regions began threshing millet, which was harvested from an area of 1,200 hectares and 83 tons were threshed.

Rapeseed has already been threshed on an area of 781,900 hectares and 1,761,500 tons have been threshed.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukrainian farmers have harvested more than 10 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.

As of July 25, 2025, 3,236 hectares have already been threshed in Ukraine and 10,347,200 tons of early grain and leguminous crops have been threshed.

For 2025, farmers planned to sow more than 5.7 million hectares of spring grain and leguminous crops, which corresponds to the level of 2024.
