Ukrainian farmers have harvested over 10 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.
This is stated in a message from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The message states that as of July 25, 2025, 3,236,000 hectares have already been threshed in Ukraine and 10,347,200 tons of early grain and leguminous crops have been threshed.
29% of the areas sown with grain and leguminous crops have already been threshed.
In particular: wheat - threshed 2,177,900 hectares, threshed - 7,088,800 tons; barley - threshed 838,700 hectares, threshed - 2,791,800 tons; peas - threshed 190,900 hectares, threshed – 412,400 tons.
Other grains and legumes were threshed on an area of 28,500 hectares and threshed 54,200 tons.
Among the leaders, in particular: Odesa Region - threshed 884,500 hectares, threshed - 2,501,400 tons; Kirovohrad Region - threshed 368,700 hectares, threshed - 1,529,900 tons; Mykolaiv Region - threshed 577,300 hectares, threshed - 1,386,700 tons.
Rapeseed has already been threshed on an area of 535,000 hectares and threshed 1,040,300 tons.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukrainian farmers have harvested more than 7.2 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.
As of July 18, 2025, 2,355,300 hectares have already been threshed in Ukraine and 7,225,800 tons of early grain and leguminous crops have been threshed.
For 2025, farmers planned to sow more than 5.7 million hectares of spring grain and leguminous crops, which corresponds to the level of 2024.
The main feature of the new season was the increase in the area under spring wheat to 227,500 hectares.
