Cabinet establishes that in absence of Svyrydenko, powers of Prime Minister are exercised by Fedorov

The Cabinet of Ministers has established that in the absence of Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, the powers of the Prime Minister are exercised by the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. This is stated in Resolution No. 915 of July 30, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"To establish that in the absence of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, his powers are exercised by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine," the document states.

In the absence of Fedorov, his powers are exercised by the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka, and vice versa, in the absence of Kachka, his powers are exercised by Fedorov.

In the absence of the Vice Prime Minister for Recovery - Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba, his powers are exercised by Kachka.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 17, the Verkhovna Rada appointed a new Cabinet of Ministers of the newly appointed Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.
