As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 17, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Yuliia Svyrydenko as the new Prime Minister and a new Cabinet of Ministers.

Former Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications Mykola Tochytskyi stated that the Director General of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra National Reserve, Maksym Ostapenko, was dismissed due to insufficient effectiveness in implementing the law banning the activities of religious organizations affiliated with russia in Ukraine.
