The Ukrainian Defense Forces have the conventional potential to defeat offensive groupings of the army of the aggressor country, russia.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said this during negotiations with the Supreme Commander of NATO's Joint Forces in Europe, General Alexus Hrinkevich.
Syrskyi said that he and Hrinkevich had examined in detail the situation that is currently developing on the front line.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces noted that the occupiers have mobilized the maximum number of human and material resources. They intend to implement their aggressive plans.
"At the same time, the Ukrainian army retains the conventional potential to defeat offensive groupings of the enemy," Syrskyi emphasized.
Together with Hrinkevich, he also discussed the US and NATO plan to provide Ukraine with additional air defense systems.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 25, the Kharkiv Operational and Strategic Troops Group stated that the army of the invaders is preparing an offensive on Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region.
