As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, yesterday, July 23, the Donetsk Regional Military Administration called on residents of Kramatorsk to evacuate. Due to the shelling by the occupiers in the city, where 53,000 people continue to remain, the humanitarian situation is worsening.
As a reminder, on July 21, the State Emergency Service stated that the occupiers are purposefully shelling the fields to destroy grain crops.
