On July 21, 176 combat clashes took place on the front, with the enemy attacking the most on the Pokrovsk (57 clashes), Lyman (23), North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk (22) axes.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Over the past day, the invaders launched two missile strikes with 25 missiles and 74 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, dropped 122 guided aerial bombs, and engaged 3,832 kamikaze drones.
The enemy also launched 5,387 artillery shells, including 56 from multiple launch rocket systems.
On July 21, 176 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded on the front.
Thus, in the North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 22 attacks by the invaders. The enemy also launched 8 air strikes, using 12 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 318 attacks, five of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna axis, 6 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Stroivka, Zapadne and Kutkivka.
On the Kupyansk axis, 7 attacks by the invaders were repelled in the areas of Holubivka, Kupyansk, Pishchane, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai and towards Bohuslavka.
On the Lyman axis, 23 combat clashes took place near the settlements of Novyi Mir, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Yampolivka, Torske and towards the settlements of Serebrianka, Serednie, Shandryholove, Hryhorivka.
On the Siversk axis, 3 enemy attacks were repelled in the areas of Serebrianka, Verkhniokamianske and Pereizne.
On the Kramatorsk axis, 6 attacks were repelled in the area of Bila Hora and towards Predtechyne.
On the Toretsk axis, 11 attacks were repelled in the areas of Dyliivka, Romanivka, Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Novospaske and towards Katerynivka and Pleshchiivka.
On the Pokrovsk axis, Ukrainian defenders stopped 57 assault actions of the aggressor near the settlements of Popiv Yar, Volodymyrivka, Novotoretske, Mykolaivka, Udachne, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Zvirove towards Novoukrainka, Pokrovsk, Dachne, Myrnohrad, Mayak.
On the Novopavlivka axis, 18 attacks of the invaders were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Zirka, Piddubne, Myrne, Shevchenko, Dachne and towards the settlements of Novokhatske, Temyrivka, Oleksandrohrad, Voskresenka.
On the Orikhiv axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 attacks in the area of Kamyanske.
On the Dnieper axis, 4 attacks were repelled.
There were no combat clashes on the Huliaipole axis.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 5 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and two means of missile troops and artillery of the russian invaders.
In total, the losses of the russian invaders on July 18 amounted to 1,090 people.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 20, 154 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most frequently on the Pokrovsk (46 clashes), North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk (23) axes.
