The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Over the past day, the invaders have carried out two missile and 70 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, used 5 missiles and dropped 111 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, the enemy has attracted 3,316 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 5,978 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, in particular, 54 from multiple launch rocket systems.
On July 20, 154 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded on the front.
Thus, 23 clashes took place on the North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes.
The enemy launched 9 air strikes, dropped 12 guided bombs, and carried out 356 artillery attacks, including one from a multiple launch rocket system.
In the South-Slobozhanshchyna axis, 7 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Kutkivka, Stroivka, and Starytsia.
On the Kupyansk axis, 4 attacks by the occupiers near Kindrashivka, Zelenyi Hai, and in the direction of Kupyansk were repelled.
On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 20 times in the areas of the settlements of Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Novyi Mir, Ridkodub, Shandryholove, Torske, and in the direction of Serebrianka.
On the North-Slobozhanshchyna axis, 6 attacks were repelled in the areas of Vyimka, Verkhniokamyanske, Fedorivka, and Hryhorivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, two clashes were recorded in the areas of Predtechyne and Bila Hora.
On the Toretsk axis, the enemy carried out 9 attacks in the areas of Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, Toretsk and in the direction of Katerynivka.
On the Pokrovsk axis, the Defense Forces stopped 46 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Udachne, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Zvirove, Volodymyrivka, Novotoretske, Dachne, Novopavlivka, Horikhove, Oleksiivka and in the direction of Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, and Filiia.
On the Novopavlivka axis, 17 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Yalta, Myrne, Tolstoi, Voskresenka, Maliivka, Zelene Pole, Temyrivka, Piddubne and Novopil.
On the Huliaipole axis, 1 attack was repelled in the direction of Malynivka.
On the Dnieper axis, 1 attack was repelled in the axis of Pridneprovske.
On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 3 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 5 artillery pieces and one enemy UAV control point.
In total, the losses of the russian invaders on July 18 amounted to 1,120 people.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 18, 177 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking most of all on the Pokrovsk (47 clashes), North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk (38) axes.
Meanwhile, the troops of the aggressor country, the russian federation, advanced on several sections of the front.
