Trump says he doesn't think 50 days is too long to reach deal on Ukraine

If a peace deal on Ukraine is not reached in 50 days, tariffs and other sanctions will remain in place, US President Donald Trump said, Clash Report reports on Tuesday, July 15.

The reporter asked Trump why he gave putin an additional 50 days. The US President said he doesn't think the deadline he announced for reaching a deal on Ukraine is too long.

"I don't think 50 days is very long, and it could be sooner than that. I don't think 50 days is very long. Well, at the end of 50 days, if we don't have a deal, it's going to be too bad. The tariffs are going to go on and other sanctions go on," Trump stressed.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 14, US President Donald Trump said that he was dissatisfied with the behavior of the aggressor country russia and was ready to introduce tough economic measures.
