Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan reported this to the Turkish publication TRT Haber on Tuesday, July 8.
Fidan noted that the leaders of the three countries - russia, the United States and Ukraine - may get together. According to him, the talks in Istanbul are an approximation of peace in Ukraine.
"Russia is ready for the 3rd round of talks. Ukraine's response is expected," Fidan said.
In addition, Fidan stressed that all leaders, including putin, do not see any problems with their current interlocutors to get together. In his opinion, "there is nothing wrong in principle with the meeting of Trump, putin, Zelenskyy, a meeting with our president," said the Turkish Foreign Minister.
