Occupiers drop explosives on tractor in Kherson Region: 35-year-old driver killed

Near Beryslav (Kherson Region), russian occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on a tractor – the driver was killed. The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on its Telegram channel.

The russians committed the crime on July 7 at around 4:30 am. The 35-year-old driver of the equipment died from the injuries he sustained.

"Under the procedural leadership of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime that led to the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the report says.

Recall that on the evening of July 1, the russian army attacked a medical facility in Kherson. According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the enemy fired artillery, the hospital suffered significant damage - more than a hundred windows were broken, the facade was damaged and the wards were destroyed. In addition to the 40-year-old doctor, three more doctors and five patients were injured in the attack.
