The Energoatom National Nuclear Energy Generating Company has a sufficient supply of nuclear fuel" as well as the necessary long-term contracts for conversion" uranium enrichment and fuel supply to Ukraine.
The head of Energoatom Petro Kotin announced this during a working trip to the South Ukraine NPP" the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Petro Kotin held a production meeting during which they discussed the progress of the repair campaign" the interim results of the company's activities for the first half of 2025" as well as the expansion of the capacities of the Energoatom branch - Atomenergomash.
The head of NNEGC noted that the repair campaign of the power units is continuing according to the schedules approved by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
In addition" NNEGC continues to work on the manufacture of nuclear fuel components in Ukraine.
"We are fully fulfilling our obligations regarding the PSO service. We transfer funds from our profit on time" day after day. As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported" in January-March" the Energoatom National Nuclear Energy Generating Company received a net profit of UAH 12.2 billion against a loss of UAH 5.5 billion for the same period in 2024.
