US President Donald Trump suggested the possibility of transferring Patriot systems and missiles to them to Ukraine. Trump said this during a press conference at the White House during a joint event with the foreign ministers of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda at the White House.
Thus, one of the journalists present at the president's conference asked the US president whether he was considering sending Patriot missiles to Ukraine and whether he made up his mind about that yet.
"I may," Trump replied.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Donald Trump said that the US would look into whether they could supply Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine, because America also needs them.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied information that Patriot air defense systems had been damaged or destroyed as a result of the latest massive strikes by russian occupation forces.
