Zelenskyy and Trump begin meeting on sidelines of NATO summit in The Hague

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump began a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the NATO summit in The Hague on Wednesday, June 25. This is reported by Suspilne.

It was also previously reported that the meeting of the presidents is not an official event of the summit.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the NATO summit in The Hague and appeared in front of the cameras in a black suit and black shirt instead of a military one - for the second time since the start of the full-scale invasion.

Recall that during the visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Washington, a loud argument took place in the Oval Office. Journalist Brian Glenn, known for his support for Trump, publicly asked why the Ukrainian leader was not wearing a classic suit, calling it "disrespectful to the office." Zelenskyy replied: "I will wear a suit after the war is over."
