The state-owned PrivatBank transferred UAH 32.1 billion in dividends to the state budget.
This is indicated in the bank's statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
More than half of the income from the amount included in the 2025 state budget as income from dividends from state and municipal enterprises was provided this year by the state-owned PrivatBank.
As is known, the Ukrainian Parliament approved the budget for 2025, which provides for UAH 50 billion in income from dividends from state and municipal enterprises.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the procedure for distributing net profit and the amount of annual dividends of PrivatBank for 2024, the bank paid 80% of net profit to the state budget in the form of dividends, which amounted to UAH 40.1 billion at the end of 2024.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, PrivatBank increased its profit in 2024 by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.
100% of PrivatBank is owned by the state, represented by the Ministry of Finance.
