The PrivatBank board received a total of UAH 8.1 million in salary and UAH 14 million in non-cash form in May.
This is evidenced by data on the bank's website, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Thus, in May, the chairman of the bank's board, Mikael Björknert, received UAH 2.124 million in salary and UAH 633,000 in non-cash form.
Two deputy chairmen of the board received salaries in the amounts of UAH 1.066 million hryvnia and UAH 1.173 million.
The members of the board received salaries in the following amounts: UAH 985,000, UAH 974,000, UAH 705,000 and UAH 1.086 million.
Several board members received income under directors' liability insurance contracts for the period 2019–2024 in the amount of more than UAH 3 million.
The PrivatBank board consists of 7 people: chairman - Mikael Björknert, deputies - Nataliya Savchuk and Larysa Chernyshova, as well as board members - Solvita Deglava, Dmytro Musienko, Yevhen Zaihrayev and Anton Razumnyi.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, PrivatBank increased its profit in 2024 by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.
100% of PrivatBank belongs to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
