Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has reported this, Radio Liberty writes on Friday, June 13.
The Foreign Minister was asked about the possibility of a third round of talks between Ukraine and russia in Istanbul. Sybiha noted that the key thing now is a ceasefire and achieving a truce.
"Ukraine is not interested in continuing negotiations with Russia if there is no substantive conversation about a ceasefire. We need such negotiations where decisions are made, where issues are resolved," the Minister said.
According to him, the last round of talks in Istanbul mostly concerned exchanges, but Ukraine is interested in a meeting of presidents.
